Do I really pay nothing for the home check?

That's right. The home check is free, the quote is fixed and free, and there's no call-out fee. If you decide BC isn't right for you, you owe us nothing.

How does the finance work?

We work with Phoenix Finance to spread the cost over 24 months. Subject to status. We'll talk you through it on the quote, no pressure either way.

What brand of boiler will I get?

Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Ideal or Baxi. We recommend what suits your home and budget best, not what's most expensive. You're free to ask for a specific brand if you have one in mind.

How long does the install take?

A standard swap takes one day. You'll have hot water and heating back on by the evening. More complex jobs (moving the boiler, full system flush) we'll be honest about timeframe before you book.

What about my old boiler?

We remove and dispose of your old boiler free as part of the install. You don't have to lift a finger.

What if it stops working after install?

You get a 12-year manufacturer warranty in writing. If anything goes wrong, you call VJ directly and we sort it. That's what family-run means.

Do you cover my area?
